We had a great stay! The staff is super friendly and can switch to English without hesitation. The room was clean, the bed was nicely big and the air conditioning was perfect even at 37C outside! If we come to Toulouse again, we will definitely stay here again! Merci beaucoup!

Excellent stay. My luggage did not arrive on my plane and the hotel staff was amazing giving me all toiletries needed as well as taking care with airline. Location is excellent as well as sleep quality, sheets, and towels. Recommend!

Nice little hotel close to the train station, but also only a short walk to the city center. Our room was tiny, but very clean. Unfortunately not a lot of storage. The one cupboard was somehow bolted shut? Staff was very friendly and helpful. Came for the price and location and got what we expected. Would absolutely recommend.

First time to Pau, and this hotel was picked for us, but if I needed to visit the area I would happily stay here. Hotel split into two halfs, both with their own lift and stairs. The room I had on floor 1 looking over the free to use car park at the rear, was big, clean and very comfortable. The toilet was off small corridor joining main room door to bedroom door, bathroom was off the bedroom. Good storage space, there is a safe as well, good size double bed. The hotel was at one end of the main street so in easy reach of the centre. There is a very small gym and sauna at the hotel, gym has just 4 items, cross trainer, bike, rowing machine and weight bench. Breakfast is served 0600 to 1000 if I remember correctly and it has a large spread, breakfast settings are all on trays so you could if wanted take back to your room. The hotel bar offers drinks and snacks, so all in all a great place to stay

The room was great, clean and well designed. The staff was friendly and helpful, speaking both English and French fluently. The breakfast is great with a good quality-price ratio. However, vegan options would be great for those following a vegan diet. I only put 4 stars as the check-in was 1.5 hour late and the wifi was barely working. Our hotel card didn't work at some point during the afternoon and we couldn't go back in the hotel. No one was at the reception to help us for 10 minutes. The staff was great, but you can notice they multitask and have a lot on their plates. The hotel seems understaffed showing maybe bad management on that end.

Clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The breakfast was good. I can only deduct 1 star as our card stopped working and we were unable to enter the hotel. Upon arrival, the room was not ready until 1.5 h later.
